The Yat is a unique guest house, where the best of the past meets the best of the new. We have spring water on tap from a local spring but which is heated by means a ground source heat pump, with electricity supported by photo voltaic panels. Birds abound in this peaceful hamlet. The garden is filled with flowers but you can contact people and keep in touch with the outside world (should you really wish to) with WiFi. Snuggle down in front of a log fire, where we have old fashioned reading in our library, and help yourself 24/7 to organic teas and coffee in our dining room.
