I am a fully trained clinical hypnotherapist / counsellor with full psychological training working in the Bolton and surrounding Greater Manchester Areas. I deal with all types of psychological and physical conditions using hypnotherapy, together with counselling techniques and psychotherapeutic approaches as necessary.

I have been in practice for fifteen years treating problems such as, panic attacks and phobias, habit control, anxiety, depression, stopping smoking, weight and pain control and reducing symptoms such as allergies, food intolerance and eating disorders and many others.

It is thought that up to 80% of all illness contains a psychological component that when treated can greatly relieve the condition.

The body has an ability to heal itself over time from such things as broken bones, torn skin and bruising. When the unconscious part of the brain is accessed that healing process can be speeded up.
