Little Monkey’s Nursery Windsor and Windsor Park are family run nurseries and they have a small home from home environment. Both of the nurseries offer places for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Little Monkeys give your children the care, attention and love that they would receive at home, in a small intimate atmosphere.

Taking the decision to go back to work and place your child in a nursery is one of the most difficult decisions parents have to make. We are here to make that process easier not only for the children but also for the parents.

Our main aim is to provide a warm and happy environment for the children where they can play and learn. Making the transition from home to nursery both easier for the children and the parents. Having experience with both children and parents we understand just how hard this transition can be, we would like parents to feel comfortable leaving their children with us after experiencing the homely environment and meeting the family run team.

The first five years of a child’s life are the most important. We are here to give the support and care to help make them happy, confident children. We work under the Early Years Foundation Stage, a statutory framework, designed to ensure that children get the best possible start in life. The four themes of the Early Years Foundation Stage reflect the ethos that we work under in the nurseries.

That each child is unique

That positive relationships between children, parents and staff support learning

That the learning environment should be enabling

That learning and development are promoted through play, exploration and creativity

We offer many different things for the children including for example, Gym classes for children aged 2 years to 5 years and the most popular, French classes for children aged 2 years to 5 years. Both of these classes are taught by external qualified teachers and are included in your fees.

Being a home from home environment we offer good quality home cooked food and work closely with the parents for all their special needs. All food provided for the children is home cooked by our onsite cooks who work with Aunty Janis to develop exciting and tasty menus. All the food is fresh that day, is organic and GM friendly. We also offer a take-away service for nursery clients. Should you get stuck for dinner for your little one, you are able to order from the weekly menu and it will be ready for collection when you pick your child up (24 hour notice period is required).

Little Monkey’s Nursery Windsor is located in ideal position in central Windsor, close to the primary residential area and local transport. It is located on Bachelors Acre and has the benefit of a great playground on our doorstep. Little Monkeys Nursery Windsor Park is located on the edge of Windsor Great Park giving the nursery a more country feel and lots of space for the children to explore and play.
