Me and my family are in the first year of a new adventure in welcoming all to our B&B but also our home. We strive to make your stay with us as pleasurable as possible with the touch of warm hospitality you will find second to none. Nothing here is too much, where possible we endeavour to meet any requirements needed for the best home from home visit to Blackpool.

All our 9 bedrooms are en-suite with the availability of free WIFI. We have a guaranteed car park space for every bedroom, with secure parking at the rear of the hotel. Bring your families bikes to enjoy the many miles of promenade up and down the coastline.

The quality of the Carlee hotel is recognised with our 3 Star Visit Britain award. The Carlee hotel is located just South of the town centre on Park Road, which is on the way into Blackpool from the M55. Blackpool Tower, Central Promenade, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and the shops, markets, and restaurants are only a 5 to 10 minute walk. If you are more daring and enjoy the thrill of the Pleasure Beach this is a 20 minute walk along the sea front.

There is a bus stop outside our Blackpool hotel if you would prefer a ride into town. If you are visiting Blackpool for the illuminations it is only a short walk to catch a tram to wonder at the magic of the Golden Mile and the 5 miles of the lights. You can also ride the trams to Cleveleys and Fleetwood market.

We have 4 family rooms, 4 double rooms and 1 single room with a 3/4 bed. All have central heating, double glazing, flat screen TV with built in dvd player and complimentary tea/coffee. Our bedrooms are all a good size, with well appointed en suites.

The Carlee is all non-smoking. We welcome families with children of all ages, couples and senior citizens. We accept bookings from mixed groups. We will also accept 1 night bookings.

Our full English breakfasts are served in our spacious dining room. Special diets are catered for but please let us know in advance of your arrival. The Carlee is open January – December.
