We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about us.

We are a very friendly salon and treat all dogs as individuals as we know how special your dog is to you. We promise to make them safe and comfortable whilst in our care.

We recommend a full groom every six to eight weeks, this way you can keep your dog looking at their very best. However we also understand some dog owners have extremely busy lifestyles and may overlook a regular groom, this may lead to your dog’s coat becoming malted.

If this is the case, we will advise you to have the coat shaved, this procedure will dramatically change the appearance of your dog. We will not carry out this procedure without your written consent.

De-matting of any dogs coat can be stressful and painful and can take up to five hours or more, this is why we advise you to have the coat shaved.
