VEGETARIAN SOCIETY AWARD FOR THE BEST VEGGIE BREAKFAST!

For a healthy hearty start you could choose a steaming bowl of porridge with lashings of honey or cinnamon or all the trimmings made with either soya or cows milk (and it can be made Gluten Free). Or start with an amazingly large plate of fresh fruit salad, with dried fruits, nuts and toasted seeds and seasonal stewed fruit. Follow this with a great choice of organic cereals with a variety of soya, rice, oatly and cows milk.

Then… a variety of these cooked just for you!

All served with bread or toast ~ usually homemade ~ with loads of toppings from marmite to homemade preserves to nut butters and even stem ginger! We have lots of different organic fruit teas, loose-leaf flower and herbal teas (e.g. meadow sweet, lemon balm, cats claw and calendula to name a few), the usual brown teas and freshly ground coffee.

We now have a masticating Juicer, so come and try the deliciously tasty, healthy juices. They are a ‘little extra’ but of course packed with fresh fruit and vegetables they are a sheer delight. Many varieties available.

We are pleased to have been awarded a bronze medal for our Bitter Marmalade with Black Treacle ~ there were over 2,000 entries from all over the world!
