We are a family run monumental masonry business. Customers can make appointments to see Kim or David at home or David will undertake home visits. Some customers prefer to conduct business simply by e-mail and links to albums can be sent in this way – as some customers do not live locally and it is not possible to visit.
A prime example is a customer who lived in Holland and a Cornish granite memorial was made and sent over by courier. We have also sent a memorial to Scotland and all over Great Britain. Kim also deals with telephone calls/e-mails/faxes, ordering, letters/quotes, invoices, picking up granite/slate. Our eldest son Jack also now helps with the business – with fixing/picking up large memorials etc.
