Ashley cottage and Beechtree cottage are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with considerable emphasis on comfort and warmth.

2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom
2 family bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; 3 single beds in each room.
All the bed linen and hand towels in the bathrooms are provided. We do not provide bath towels.

The kitchen is very well equipped; 6 burner gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer, and two sinks, and plenty of large pots and pans, crockery and cutlery to cater for large groups.
Laundry room, washing machine and dryer and drying racks for wet boots after a long walk.
The garden comprises of ¾ acre of lawn and orchard, a covered patio and BBq area, great for children and adults to enjoy outdoor games or just relaxing with friends and family.
Play area for children,adult supervision. Outdoor games, toys and dressing up box.
