You will be warmly welcomed and cared for on our 400 acre sheep and arable farm in a lovely peaceful valley only 2 miles from Hawick.
We have three letting rooms for bed and breakfast:
Wiltonburn is situated at the end of a road so we offer tranquillity without isolation.
Relax in the garden or practise your putting or have a game of croquet on the lawn, or walk to the award-winning Wilton Lodge Park on the banks of the River Teviot. The park extends to over 100 acres with riverside and tree lined walks and a walled garden with superb floral displays. The Hawick Museum and Scott Gallery reflect the town’s history and also house exhibitions including one on “Hizzy” – Steve Hislop the late motorcycling champion.
Hawick in Teviotdale is the largest of the Border towns and is internationally famous for its quality cashmere knitwear. You will find big names and small businesses whose products can be bought in the many specialists shops including Wiltonburn Country Cashmeres at Wiltonburn Farm. You can also see garments in production at Hawick Cashmere Company and Peter Scott’s in the town.
